It has been known for a long time that Europeans are very well suited for exposed jobs, and hiring them is an indication of a company’s wealth and high status. People of Eastern and Central Europe, from countries such as Poland, Lithuania, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania are today part of the community of European Union countries, some of them for about 20 years already. Over the past 20 years, they have undergone a very rapid transformation, now becoming very modern and economically competitive countries on a global scale.
For the reasons outlined, hiring these employees is combined with the need to assume a higher salary budget if we would like to successfully attract them. Earnings of $1,500 and above are the bare minimum if our requirement for candidates will be English language skills only. If additional qualifications are required, the salary offered should not be less than $2,000. On top of that, according to the custom of the Gulf countries, either free accommodation in comfortable conditions will have to be provided or the employee will have to be paid the equivalent of the cost of such accommodation.

Poland’s eastern neighbor has for many years shown very strong pro-European tendencies, which clearly distinguishes it from other countries in the region (Russia, Belarus). Nevertheless, recruiting from Ukraine can be much faster, even assuming a lower salary budget.
