The labor market of domestic helpers from foreign countries is very dynamic. One of the most requested is the Filipino housekeeper as it is believed that women from this country are the best cleaners in the world.

A majority of the Polish entrepreneurs wrestles with a problem of a lack of employees and their large rotation. Facing up these problems that unable the employers maintaining stabilization in a company, one shall consider recruitment of the labour force from the Philippines. The employees from the Philippines, apart from the employees from Ukraine and other Asian states, recently are one of the most popular directions of recruitment.

The history of the Vietnamese in Poland started in the 60’s of the XX century. They were arriving in order to study at universities. At present, Poland is the third country taking into account the number of the Vietnamese staying here. Thus, the employees from Vietnam have been in Poland for a several dozen years.

The present situation on the Polish market shows that the labour force coming from Ukraine is too little. The more and more popular becomes obtaining of employees from the Asian market. The employees from Indonesia constitute one of the more prospective directions of recruitment.

It was believed that workers from the region of Asia would fill the emptiness. Employers actively invite people from countries such as: Nepal, Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka. Unfortunately, the Consulate of Poland in New Delhi, that is serving foreigners in the sphere of issuing work visas. This is extremely inefficient. Also, the hope of entrepreneurs for new employees is very quickly dying out. The queues at the consulate in New Delhi are extended from day to day.
