Delegating workers within the framework of service provision in the European Union is defined in the Directive 96/71 EC of the European Parliament and the Council of 16th December 1996 with the subsequent Directive 2014/67/EU of the European Parliament and the Council of 15th May 2014 on the enforcement of the Directive 96/71/EC and the Directive 2018/957 of 28th June 2018 amending the Directive 96/71 EC.

The employees from Ukraine are for the majority of the enterprises in Poland the only and quick possibility of filling in the staff shortages on the national labour market. Low unemployment and economic increase resulted in a bigger and bigger demand for the work force in our country.

A majority of the Polish entrepreneurs wrestles with a problem of a lack of employees and their large rotation. Facing up these problems that unable the employers maintaining stabilization in a company, one shall consider recruitment of the labour force from the Philippines. The employees from the Philippines, apart from the employees from Ukraine and other Asian states, recently are one of the most popular directions of recruitment.

The history of the Vietnamese in Poland started in the 60’s of the XX century. They were arriving in order to study at universities. At present, Poland is the third country taking into account the number of the Vietnamese staying here. Thus, the employees from Vietnam have been in Poland for a several dozen years.

The present situation on the Polish market shows that the labour force coming from Ukraine is too little. The more and more popular becomes obtaining of employees from the Asian market. The employees from Indonesia constitute one of the more prospective directions of recruitment.
