WORKSOL Group is a company operating in the HR industry since 2009. We provide personnel to leading companies in Poland or carry out orders for them as a responsible subcontractor. Below we are pleased to present you another job offer for the position of: machine seamstress – overlock in an upholstered furniture factory.
Our client, for whom we carry out the order as a responsible subcontractor, is a very modern workplace employing over 1,500 people. It carries out its production in newly built production halls, thanks to which employees can count on very good working conditions. Excellent social facilities will make you rest exceptionally well during your break. Material conditions are not the last advantage of working at our client’s plant. Our offer:
- hourly remuneration paid for 2 weeks of apprenticeship: PLN 16.50/hour net
- piecework remuneration, i.e. remuneration paid for the number of pieces of furniture cover made + PLN 200.00 bonus for each full month worked
- Attention! Piecework remuneration, i.e. for the number of pieces made, depends only on the employee’s capabilities. Monthly piecework remuneration is as follows: from PLN 3,400 net to PLN 5,500 net.
Requirements:
- sewing around the foam applied to the material
- cleaning and maintenance of operated machines and performing simple repairs
- maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace
- manual skills
- efficient and quick hands
- knowledge of the Polish language will be an advantage
Additional information:
- working hours: 5 to 6 days a week, Monday to Friday: 8-10 hours a day, depending on demand, also work on Saturdays: 6 hours
- shift work: no shift work
- form of employment: mandate contract

- accommodation: organized by us, paid by the employee (from PLN 500 to PLN 700 per month)
