Our offer:
- hourly wages: 35-36.00 PLN/hour net, depending on skills.
- working time: 5 to 6 days a week, Monday to Friday: 8 hours a day, Saturday: 8 hours,
- shift work: yes; Monday to Friday: 1st shift: 06:00 – 14:00, 2nd shift: 14:00 – 22:00, if there is work on Saturdays, only 1st shift: 06:00 – 14:00.
- form of employment: contract of mandate,
- transportation to work: on your own,
- accommodation: organized by us, paid by the employee (from 600 PLN to 850 PLN per month),
- care of the employee: provided by the coordinator,
- place of work: Gdansk/Gdynia.
- Legalization of stay and work in Poland: possibility to obtain a residence card/work permit.
Requirements:
- Preparation and completion of tools and materials necessary for assembly,
- execution of assembly of steel structures on the basis of technical documentation,
- execution of sheet metal cuts according to the route from the free hand with an oxygen torch or plasma,
- grinding and cleaning of elements before and after assembly,
- execution of tack welds,
- directing vertical transport in the operation of his workstation,
- performs beveling of pipes and profiles free-hand and according to the route,
- performs inter-operational measurements,
- trains less experienced workers.
- course completion certificate/internal certificate of arc beveler and thermal cutting,
- certificate of completion of the course of crane / hook – signalman,
- knowledge of technological documentation, with particular emphasis on reading hull drawing,
- knowledge of metrology,
- knowledge of routing techniques,
- knowledge of design standardization documentation (standards, performance standards),
- knowledge of the formation and prevention of welding deformations,
- knowledge of English at the basic level,
- 1 year of practice in the assembly of steel structure components welcome.
