What will your work be like?
Building painter performs painting works in rooms of residential and office buildings and in production buildings (factory halls, warehouses, etc.); deals with the preparation of various types of surfaces for painting, the preparation of primers and paints as well as painting the surfaces of walls, ceilings, facades, roofing, carpentry and joinery, metal structures and elements, wooden structures and elements; painting inscriptions and decorative elements and others.

- We require at least 5 years of experience in working as a construction painter from candidates organizing your own workplace, preparing materials, tools and equipment for the implementation of painting works, in accordance with the provisions of occupational health and safety, fire protection, ergonomics and environmental protection;
- organizing the transport of painting materials around the construction site and at the workplace and their storage;
- using construction documentation and guidelines for the performance of painting works in order to determine the scope of works, the sequence of their execution and the type of tools and materials needed;
- preparation for painting of old and new plaster, concrete, brick, wooden, metal and metal alloy substrates;
- painting of internal plasters with appropriate paints, depending on the substrate and the execution specification;
- repairing and painting external plasters with facade paints;
- painting with oil or acrylic paint or varnishing woodwork and wooden elements;
- painting metal elements with anti-corrosion paint and painting metal elements and metal alloys, glazed skylights and steel window frames with oil or nitrocellulose paint;
- painting of roofing, gutters, downspouts and flashings;
- painting letters and inscriptions, patterns, multi-colored stripes and borders, etc.;
- taking care of the quality of painting works;
- knowledge of the English language will be an advantage
- applicants should have a valid passport for at least 2 years and up to 40 years of age
